City Buy-On Sessions

City Buy-On sessions are operated by the City of Coquitlam in collaboration with Coquitlam Skating Club (CSC). These sessions provide additional training opportunities and are supervised by CSC coaches.

How to Register

Registration for City Buy-On sessions is handled in person at the Poirier Sport & Leisure Complex (PSLC) front desk.
Please ensure:

  • You purchase your drop-in ticket before going on the ice.

  • Your full name is clearly printed on the receipt.

  • You present your receipt to a CSC coach for verification.

Schedule

The City Buy-On schedule can be found on the City of Coquitlam’s Drop-in Activities page.
Please refer to the seasonal Arena/Skating Schedule, which is updated regularly with the most current session availability.

Important Notes

  • Session Fee: $9 per session (effective Spring 2025, as set by PSLC).

  • Session Capacity: Up to 20 skaters/coaches allowed on the ice.

  • Harness Use: Permitted during City Buy-On sessions.

  • Non-CSC Coaches: Must pay according to PSLC’s policies.

These sessions are a great way to gain extra training time in a structured and supervised environment. We encourage all skaters to make the most of this opportunity.
