The Coquitlam Skating Club (CSC) is run entirely by volunteers like you. To ensure that all club members contribute to the volunteer pool, each family of a CSC skater (including Rising Stars Academy, Junior, Intermediate, Senior, Dance and Adult programs) MUST complete this form and send it in with their registration. This season we have gone on-line with our registration. This fee will be calculated at the time of your registration. Members are asked to contribute 10 hours of volunteer service  September 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015. All information will be compiled into a Volunteer Database so we can make more effective use of our volunteers.  A cheque option or gift certificates will be issued at the end of the above date. Members may apply the gift certificates to their future ice fees or club entrance fee events.
